Shipping policy

UK Delivery

All orders are processed immediately. Our lead times are always changing yet we will dispatch as soon possible.

Our products are handmade by ourselves in Norfolk in 'little and often' batches and the manufacturing process is approximately 7 working days from start to finish. We do so to ensure you receive the freshest product possible. We endeavour to keep a good amount of stock ready for dispatch, however, items do go out of stock occasionally, especially during busy periods, and, therefore, we will be restock said item as soon as possible.

Orders are dispatched via our chosen courier at the earliest date possible and delivery is expected within 2-3 working days. Please allow 7 working days from the date you receive your fulfilment email from 2 Little Duckies before contacting us via email at twolittleduckies@hotmail.com

Please contact us if your order is required by a specific date such as a birthday and we will try to arrange this for you. Please note there may be an increase in postage costs if you require special delivery.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged please email us immediately within 2 working days at twolittleduckies@hotmail.com We only handle shipping enquiries by email.

We will require your assistance on the matter and you will be required to confirm the loss, theft or damage of your parcel in writing and complete a form in order to instigate an insurance claim. You will also be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage within 2 working days.

We regret that we are unable to offer a replacement where:

  • the outside packaging is damaged yet the products are deemed fit for purpose.
  • lack of cooperation with the claims process, e.g. lack of communication, failure to confirm loss, theft or damage and/or supply photographic evidence within 2 working days.

Our products are delivered in protective packaging to ensure they are as secure as possible and arrive in pristine condition, however, they are very delicate and can be affected by the environment. We want to work with you to ensure both parties are not at a loss and we appreciate your assistance.

Overseas Shipping Policy

We regret that we are currently unable to fulfil orders to overseas customers, therefore, such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
