Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return them to us. They must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with original tags attached.

 

This policy sets out the cancellation returns policy for goods purchased through the online store operated by 2 Little Duckies. 

 

Step 1 - Contact us

Please email us at twolittleduckies@hotmail.com to arrange your returns.


Step 2 - Refunding your money

We will process your refund accordingly within 14 days and you will be notified via email.

We will refund to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Step 3 - Returning your goods

If you change your mind on any part of your purchase, you must return goods (at your cost) within 14 days of the date of receiving your goods. We are not able to accept returns after 14 days and your parcel will be returned to you. 

When returning your goods, please ensure the package has been securely sealed and has been packed to prevent damage during transit, ideally in our original shipping materials. To help us match up your parcel to the return to your account please provide full details of your name, address and customer invoice number found on the original delivery note.

Please recommend you obtain proof of postage in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit, however, we will assist you as much as possible with providing information and photographic evidence if you wish to make a claim against your courier.

Please note that we are only able to accept returns on products that are unused, undamaged and in original packaging with original tags attached. If products are not fit to be resold, we reserve the right to refuse your return request.

Step 1 - Contact us

If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged please email us immediately within 2 working days at twolittleduckies@hotmail.com We only handle shipping enquiries by email.

We will require your assistance on the matter and you will be required to confirm the loss, theft or damage of your parcel in writing and complete a form in order to instigate an insurance claim. You will also be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage within 2 working days.

Step 2 - Returning your damaged goods

You may be required to return (at our cost) within 14 days any damaged goods to assist us with our claim. We will notify you of this should the need arise and please do not do so unless we ask. We will not issue a replacement of goods if you fail to return damaged goods within 14 days when requested to do so.

Step 3 - Replacing your damage goods

We will inspect the goods to evaluate the damage within 5 working days of receipt of the returns or receipt of photographic evidence. 

Where we find evidence of damage that deems the product unfit for purpose we shall either replace the product with a like for like product or where the order value is less than the postage fee we shall issue a refund. Where the original product has been discontinued we shall offer the next alternative or offer a refund.
